Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose between Fixed Price and Live-Offer?
Choose Fixed Price if you know your target price and want buyers to contact you directly — listings stay active for up to 30 days. Choose Live-Offer if you want buyers to compete with offers over a shorter 7-day period. Live-Offer listings also let you set a reserve price.
What are the promotional add-ons?
Spotlight and Homepage Features are optional add-ons that boost your listing's visibility. Spotlight places your car in the featured section, while Homepage Feature puts it at the very top of the homepage. Both include social media promotion.
Do I have to accept an offer?
Offers will be automatically accepted if the offer meets or exceeds your reserve price.
What is a reserve price?
It's an optional value you can set for Offer-based listings that acts as a minimum acceptable price. This amount is not shown to buyers. When an offer meets or exceeds your reserve, the listing is considered successful and you'll be notified to complete the next steps when your listing ends.
When does my listing go live?
Your start date is required. All listings go live at 12:00 AM (midnight) on the selected date.
